Glynn Ann Fry

Dale served thirty years in law enforcement.  After discharge from the United States Army's Military Police, Dale entered the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Academy - graduating in 1968 and retiring in 1995 as a Sergeant of the City of Chico's Police Department.

During the course of his law enforcement career, Dale received in excess of two thousand hours of specialized training, qualifying in criminal and background investigations, interrogation, court testimony and polygraph examination having graduated from the Los Angeles Institute of Polygraph and has experience in the investigation of robberies, homicides, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, burglaries, and fraud cases.

Dale continues to acquire needed "updated " information through current classes regarding background investigations, remaining abreast of constantly changing statutes and regulations.

His law enforcement career was both distinguished and honorable while completing hundreds of background investigations, polygraph examinations and subject profiles.

Dale's partner is his wife Glynn Ann who manages the BG&M offices with a total of twenty years secretarial / office management experience. Formerly an Administrative Secretary for the Police Department, City of Chico, for nine years.

Glynn Ann is highly skilled and adept in all aspects of form development, report writing, transcription, office communications and operations.

In business as in life - Dale and Glynn Ann are a great team.
